Description
This viral fiber-based drink uses chia, flaxseed, and lemon water to create natural fullness, reduce appetite, and support digestion. The bariatric seed trick mimics the effects of GLP-1 weight loss tools like Mounjaro — using nothing but real, whole-food ingredients.
Ingredients
-
1 tablespoon chia seeds
-
1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
-
½ teaspoon fenugreek seeds (optional)
-
1 cup filtered water
-
Juice of ½ lemon or lime (optional)
-
1 pinch cinnamon (optional for blood sugar)
-
1–2 drops stevia or monk fruit (optional for sweetness)
Instructions
-
Add chia seeds, flaxseeds, and fenugreek (if using) to a mason jar.
-
Pour in 1 cup filtered water. Stir thoroughly.
-
Let the mixture soak for 15 to 30 minutes, until thick and gelatinous.
-
Stir in lemon juice, cinnamon, or stevia if desired.
-
Drink slowly 30 minutes before a meal or first thing in the morning.
Notes
-
Always soak seeds before drinking to prevent choking and ensure maximum fiber expansion.
-
Use ground flaxseed instead of whole for better absorption.
-
Drink immediately after stirring. Stir again if it thickens too much.
-
Don’t exceed 2 servings daily unless advised by a health professional.
-
Stay well hydrated throughout the day while using this drink.
