  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • ½ avocado, sliced

  • 2 tbsp salsa

  • Optional: lime juice, pickled onions, hot honey, jalapeños


Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground meat until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.

  2. Add chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well and cook another 3–5 minutes.

  3. Set cooked taco meat aside to cool slightly.
