Ingredients

1 tsp matcha powder (ceremonial grade)

Juice of ½ lemon or 1 tbsp yuzu juice

⅛ tsp unrefined sea salt

1 tsp umeboshi paste or ½ whole umeboshi plum

8–10 oz warm filtered water
Instructions

Add matcha powder and sea salt to a mug or shaker.

Squeeze in fresh lemon juice or pour in yuzu.
