This matcha-based Japanese Mounjaro recipe supports natural energy, appetite control, and hydration using only 4 clean ingredients.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tsp matcha powder (ceremonial grade)

  • Juice of ½ lemon or 1 tbsp yuzu juice

  • ⅛ tsp unrefined sea salt

  • 1 tsp umeboshi paste or ½ whole umeboshi plum

  • 810 oz warm filtered water


Instructions

  • Add matcha powder and sea salt to a mug or shaker.

  • Squeeze in fresh lemon juice or pour in yuzu.

  • Stir in the umeboshi paste until well combined.

  • Pour warm water over the mixture and stir or shake until fully blended.

 

  • Sip slowly first thing in the morning or during a fasting window.
